13ER Half Marathon

The 13ER is a half marathon and 5k Fun Run through Richland County. The 13ER course takes participants by special city landmarks like Kingwood Center Gardens, travels part of the Richland B&O Bike Trail, and starts and ends in the historic Carrousel District in downtown Mansfield.
